The Fightamins Challenge ("The Challenge") is sponsored by DCT LLC ("Fightamins").

Cost:

Eligibility:

The Challenge is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time the Fightamins Challenge commences. The Challenge is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and the decisions of Fightamins, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to The Challenge. Fightamins reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the Challenge.

Summary & Dates:

To enter the Fightamins Fight Camp Challenge, contestants may participate in The Challenge by downloading the Fightamins Fitness App to register. Each contestant must download and print the Check-In Card and take three pictures holding up the Check-In Card with front, side, and back views. All three photos must be submitted starting from the first week. At the end of six weeks, each contestant must upload final three progress photos (showing front, side, and back views, all with the check-in card) by 11:59 pm EST on Sunday. Winners will be announced on the Fightamins Transformation Private Facebook page and Fightamins' social media platforms. Fightamins reserves the right to modify or change the dates of The Challenge at any time.

Rules:

Weekly Progress Photos: Every Friday morning, weigh yourself first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up. Take three pictures (front, side, and back) to track your progress. Make sure you update your weight and photo progress in your transformation dashboard.

The Challenge:

All contestants are required to upload week 1 and week 6 photos with the check-in card and weight. Uploading week 2-7 progress photos and weight is not mandatory but highly recommended. We recommend uploading your progress photos at the end of the week on Saturday morning because after a full week of dedication to diet and exercise, you will look your best on Saturday.

Share your videos and pictures on your social media platforms as it will help us follow your journey and choose the winners. All winners' stories will be shared on Fightamins' social media platforms to motivate others!

Here are some ideas for posts:

1. Your day 1 picture and progress pictures.

2. Exercise videos.

3. Gym selfies.

4. Pictures of Fightamins products you take and why.

5. Utilize your Instagram stories.

6. Create a YouTube channel and upload your videos there too.

Documenting your fitness journey will also demonstrate if you have what it takes to be a Fightamins Brand Ambassador.

Prizes:

There will be six (6) winners in total for the Fightamins Challenge.

The prizes will be as follows:

1st Place: $500 Fightamins Bucks PLUS Challenge Stack, Fairtex Bag Gloves, Tshirt, Hat, Shaker, Stickers

2nd Place: $250 Fightamins Bucks PLUS Fast Results Stack, Tshirt, Hat, Shaker, Stickers

3rd Place: $150 Fightamins Bucks PLUS Lean Machine Stack, Tshirt, Hat, Shaker, Stickers

4th Place: $100 Fightamins PLUS Tshirt, Hat, Shaker, Stickers

Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Fightamins, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All taxes and other expenses related to any prize are the responsibility of the prize winners.

RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Please note that Challenge Rules are subject to change. The Challenge contestants will be notified of any changes through Fightamins' social media platforms. It is the contestant's responsibility to check Fightamins' social media pages for updates.

Confidentiality:

All content shared within The Challenge is confidential. Contestants agree not to disseminate any information posted or shared in The Challenge with any third parties not participating in The Challenge. Any content disseminated in violation of these rules will be grounds for disqualification from The Challenge and any future Challenges.

Release:

Participation in The Challenge grants Fightamins the right to use, publish, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entries in any way, in whole or in part. Fightamins reserves the right to use such entries alone or in combination with other works, as solely determined by Fightamins, in commerce and trade and in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the www.Fightamins.shop website and social media, without limitation or compensation to the Participant and without right of notice, review, or approval of any such use of the entry in perpetuity. Contestants must be 18 and over to be eligible to enter the program. Submission of an entry further constitutes the Contestant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to Fightamins any and all rights, title, and interest in and to the entry, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. Prior to awarding any prize, the Contestant must agree to the terms of these Official Rules and sign and return any required Affidavit, Liability, and Publicity Releases. Contestants agree to grant Fightamins the irrevocable right and permission to use, in any manner at all, any photographs and/or videos of contestants posted in the dashboard or on social media, in whole or in part, modified or altered, for any purposes whatsoever. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, the winner grants permission for Fightamins and its agents to use his/her name, video, voice, and/or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.

General Conditions/Restrictions:

To qualify for a prize and become a winner of the Fightamins Challenge, participants are prohibited from entering into any other fitness and/or transformational challenge(s) by another company at the same time. Winning or accepting any prize that may be awarded in the Challenge is contingent upon fulfilling all tax, regulatory, and legal obligations (including completion of any forms required in connection therewith) and any other requirements set forth in these Official Rules, which shall all be solely at each contestant's obligation. The judging panel's decisions shall be final. Fightamins reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Fightamins Challenge and/or extend or delay the submission periods, judging periods, winner announcements, prize awards, or any part thereof for any reason.

Limitation of Liability:

If, for any reason, the Fightamins Challenge is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Challenge, Fightamins reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Challenge and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Challenge. Fightamins assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. By participating in the Fightamins Challenge, each participant agrees to release and hold Fightamins harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Challenge and/or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize(s), including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages, and any claims by third parties or otherwise based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants acknowledge that Fightamins is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
